McCants headed to Houston
Slam Online reports Rashad McCants is headed to Houston with a non-guaranteed contract. We'll see if he'll do more than shoot every time he touches the ball, like he did for the Kings. That's why I like to call him "Ra-Shot."

Given all the injuries over in Houston, he might actually have a chance to get something going over there. We'll see if they like his shot-happy ways.

but nonetheless, for a team so concentrated on smart moves, and in need of really tall players, I don’t see this making sense, other than they figured he was good for practice.
Victory is tasty.
I was thinking more Von Wafer's replacement.

good call Aykis16
rec’d.
There is no arguing that ’Shaddy has talent. There is, unfortunately, that difference between “having tools” and “being a tool”.
Von Wafer is a good comparison, JR Rider may be more apt. (oh wow, and remember JR Reed? maybe he should be JR McCants? representing guys with special talent and abilities that just can’t seem to translate their skills to a team concept)

Adelman
is a great coach for getting the most out of “troubled” players.
McCants isn't so much troubled
as not caring.

Caring is too much trouble.

Is it ignorance or apathy? I don’t know and I don’t care…

This should be a fanshot...
…or maybe under a heading that reads, "Sports “news” that nobody gives a shit about."

That was quick
They already let him go, saying he was too injured to compete.
