+2

If only he had put some real strong rosin on those hands. Also, he was good on the pick and roll.

Aww, I kinda miss you too Mikki

Although I don’t miss your D-League level rebounding skills

Mikki was my wife's favorite player

She never really watched more than a few minutes of any game, but she just thought he seemed cool. She’ll be crushed when she realizes he’s no longer on the team, halfway through the season.

Ditto

My wife was a big Mikki fan. And hey, I think we were all fans of his energetic play.

by Tom Ziller on Sep 3, 2009 8:33 AM PDT up reply actions

Agreed

And his energetic cheerleading. I’m sure he’s the kind of teammate every player loves to have. It’s too bad that last year his good vibes were no match for all of the bad vibes going on (Brad, Salmons, the coaching staff, etc.).

why didn't we

resign him? We need a back up center and how often is it for us to find a guy who WANTS to play in Sac-town? I mean i know he wasn’t the best player but maybe with the energy he brings could have energized JT and Hawes which would have led to better rebounding…..IDK, i always liked him, though i always thought he was way to skinny to be 7 feet tall….

i know he wasn’t the best player

Man we are weak

Yes, the guy was a great cheerleader. yes, he had a great snarl. But remember, he was a terrible match for what we needed. Anyone who watched more than a few games moaned when he came on the floor. Was it the coaches? Maybe, to an extent. But in the end he was not a very good player, and he was WAY overpaid. How pathetic are we that a player says he likes us and suddenly we are all hanging our head and talking about why we didn’t love him more.

Man up STR. Signing MIkki was not a good decision for us or for him. Okay well, maybe for him.

Because he's not on the team anymore

We can say whatever the hell we want. WE LOVE YOU MIKKI!

As long as you do it from a distance

Remember when Linda comes back to Robby in “The Wedding Singer?” You can remember all the good times and love him from a far. But please, please, for the love of all that is holy, don’t suggest we should have kept him here or brought him back as our #2 center. Tell him to take off your Van Halen shirt and then go hook up with Drew Barrymore.

Its simple,

hed rather be a contributer on a bad team than a bench warmer on a good team.

I watched and watched

and never could figure out how a guy that tall and active, with decent enough hops, couldn’t get more than a RB every 5 or 6 minutes. Maybe he just dropped every other one.

Ok, he's a class act for saying that

…but there’s a reason why we nicknamed him “Lobster Claws.” Good spirit, horrible NBA basketball player.

Lol

I knew someone would catch that. But I did not want to reply to the reply that was not a reply to the reply of my original comment. Weh…I think I got that right.
