Can They Play Together?
We all knew this was going to come up. So I might as well be the first one to say it. We’ve added a new player. Well, not a new player. He’s actually been here for quite a while. And I have to admit, he’s been very productive. I can absolutely see why management has been impressed enough to make him a starter. The new guy is tough, he’s funny, he posts up regularly. He doesn’t back down from anyone. And after his recent weekly production, you could call him a true three-way player.
But the big question is, can he play with the guy who’s been giving us solid minutes as a starter?
The vet was brought it because of his creativity. I have to admit he’s amazed us all with his talent, and occasionally brought tears to our eyes. When I heard he was our new starter I was pretty dang excited. I mean management has a good eye for talent. And he has delivered. Some of his post-ups have been, well you could even say lyrical. But what has he done for us lately? Is his production beginning to drop?
The trade deadline is coming fast and management has to decide. Can these two play together? Does one plus one make three, or are they going to start fighting for minutes? It’s your call STR. Let the owners know what you think.

I voted to keep them both
If the threat of Aykis16 can’t improve ExG’s performance, then we trade him down the road. Plus, this way we get to showcase ExG as we get closer to the deadline. And we’ve already got a superstar in Section214, so it’s really about finding solid roleplayers to put us over the top.
I realize that Aykis16 is volatile and prone to storm the stands or retire to become a rap star at any time, but I have confidence that a coach like TZ can hold this group together.

Simply Awesome
I’m saddened there’s no Trade for T-Mac option though.

I think you can edit polls with this new editor they have.
It’s the same editor for front page staff as it is other community members.

He is just too SOFT!
I mean look at that baby face… Can this guy really have the assassin-like banning reflexes of section214, the crazy quiet non-responding discipline of TZ, or the ability to wax as poetic as our other two pundits?
Only time will tell, but none of them have his crazy abiltiy to transform and mutate all things graphic that is endlessly entertaining.
I say give him some minutes and see if our other veterans want to bring it and compete for their minutes. I mean this is all about motivating and getting the best out of all our players.
Go Head Coach TZ!
Fine I won't shave for next StR night
I’ll look like a Terrorist, BUT I WONT BE SOFT! RAWR!

Ahh… I can see it now. Terrorizing the posts of the primadonnas and the interrruptus of idiocy that comes with the fear of the unshaven and HARD Aykis.

Isn't ExG BYC?
Tough to trade, especially in this market.

Obviously I voted to trade Aykis while his value is high
But along those lines we’ll also need to trade SB cause this is fantastic.
Never forget: I am a complete idiot
Dang
And this was going to be my breakout year.

I'm just worried
that Aykis is just padding his stats in a contract year, knowing how much TZ loves to hand out MLEs.

I think StR should build through the draft -
current group is 4F anyway…
I am thinking:
and I got this idea from looking at the Nugg Nite photo. And they are all overpaid as well.
This is just begging a photoshop makeover..
I can see it now. Peaches in a peach colored dress. So fitting… Ah I wish I had mastery of photoshop to match my imagination. Aykis you should give classes.
Maybe someone in our battalion of moderators

Great! I love how
it was completely not what I expected but was reading anyway.
However, I was absolutely compelled to vote the least funny first option because it was cosmically analogous to the FINALLY THIS WEEK WE WILL SEE reality on court.
Lower their expectations and rise to met them
Say what you want
But I still think we should’ve brought over that long-haired blogger from Spain
I voted to keep them.
I was sorely tempted by the cap space we can get with TMac, but I think the future prospects of our current lineup are worth being patient.
I say chain them together and make them work their problems out.

got to keep the fellas together for at least a little while
but I am just a little worried about Ex G’s recent lack of production. Given the size of their contracts I’m wondering if we can really afford to keep both. If Ex G’s gonna be whining like Spencer Hawes I don’t think TZ has any option but to bring him in for limited minutes off the bench.
Aykis has proved he can play through pain and that 10 foot floater of his, GB &U is simply money. I say let the kid play although the TMAC option had me thinking.
