48 missed Reef and Artest..
two freebies….
I accidently got Oriene Greene while I was trying to remember who started at SF last year.
See I didn't bother typing Donté's name in cause I know it wasn't him.

How'd you miss on Mo Evans?
He populated for me when I got Tyreke. 48 for me. I couldn’t bring myself to admitting that the canine was our opening night starter (twice!). I was both proud and ashamed that I knew that Orien Greene had indeed started a season for us, after besting Mustafa Shakur during the preseason.

I think its cause I typed in "Tyreke Evans"
and not just Evans.

I'm just glad you didn't have to type

I missed Mo cuz I typed Tyreke before Evans.
I had forgotten about Mo in a Kings uni or he was pretty effective the year he played for Adelman.

No mistakes in the tango, Donna. Not like life. Simple. That's what makes the tango so great. If you make a mistake, and get all tangled up, you just tango on.....
but he was pretty effective (what I meant to say)^
So was Matt Barnes before they traded him. Damn Old Man River I mean Geoff Petrie.

Looking at this list though
It looks like we had our main starting 5 healthy on opening night rarely.

Proud to say I got all of them right 2.30
Got the hard ones right away: Orien Greene, Desmond Mason, and Sean May. I wouldn’t had gotten Mo Evans if it wasn’t for Tyreke. And for some reason I completely blacked out on our SG at the beginning of the century… sorry, Jackie!

Who the heck is Orien Green?!
This was the only guy I missed. I googled him and he only was on the Kings for the first 7 games of the 2007 season. I missed most games of this season.
What is a Oriene Greene?

A shameful 9/50.
I’m about twenty years too young to have even guessed most of them.
This is totally unrelated, but who’s bringing down the confidence poll and why? I’m thrilled about the team. Is the situation with the arena lowering peoples’ excitement?
Probably people from other blogs who have nothing better to do

Hahaha, I had the same thought!
I’d guess some combination of:
1) Arena
2) Clippers game
3) Realization that team is still young and will still sort of suck
4) What Ed says below
I had about 100% voting for quite a while
And the last few have been like 50 and 75 cause of the Arena

No sweat – Mason was lucky to get 1/50, so I wouldn’t worry about it

47 for me
I drew a complete blank on Salmons, which is odd because of all the opening night starters I’d like to block out, he’s not one of them. I also couldn’t think of Desmond Mason from last year. I couldn’t remember who the hell it was then I realized “Oh yeah, that super athletic guy that was never all that skilled and constantly hampered by injuries.” His name was on the tip of my tongue and I couldn’t think of it.
Lordy lord. Only got a 45.
I missed TWO of last year’s! Short term memory lapse, thy name is… … uh… name… uh…
I also missed two in 2005 (a year that I was not into Kings (or any) basketball at all) and 2001 I missed one. I got everyone else in between.
This.
47 for me
I missed Bonzi, Reef and Mo Evans. Oh wellzies.

47/50
missed orien greene, reef, and mikki moore
45/50
Who the hell starts a broken down Desmond Mason. I can’t believe Jason Williams was never an opening night starter.
Children, before you go to sleep check under your bed for the BOOGIE MAN!!
Well it was only till 2000
And he missed the first few games of 2000 cause of substance abuse I think

47... I missed Mason, Salmons, and Turkoglu.
I actually feel like I should have had a 50, but I hit a mental block for a bit. I completely forgot that Mason was ever on the Kings, even though it was only a little bit ago.

I couldn't come up with last years SFs name
though I remembered it, plus Greene and an old standby I never would have guessed started.

50 with 2:30 left
Got stuck on Sean May for a while.
Got lucky on Oriene Greene and Mo Evans. First was meant for Donte, while the other came with Tyreke.
Otherwise I would have gotten 48 pretty cleanly.
Note the lack of a hyphen.
missed out on Bonzi, SAR and Orien
this has been good practice at making sure I know how to spell Stojakovic. Thomas has been another that has popped up more often than expected. I was surprised no Corliss, no blanco cioccolato. Also noted that if a player was drafted in the Adelman era he didn’t start, after that, they all did.

Embarrassingly
I had trouble spelling both Peja and SAR – but I didn’t count those against my score. I also tried J-Will and Corliss about three times before I was convinced they didn’t start.

48 out of 50
I missed Sean May and SAR.
I can’t believe I missed Shareef, but whoa there, I guess my Maydar was non-operational.
