I don't mind where Westphal is ranked
but I do have a beef with having Kuester ranked ahead of him and several other coaches after the sh*tshow that was the Pistons last year and isn’t looking much better this year.

"erratic player rotations" is a fair assessment though
The real achilles heal for PW is the erratic minutes and rotations. I think he fixes or resolves that issues and he rises much higher in the rankings. It is a solid criticism.
I didn't major in Common F-cking Sense, but ...
I have no problem with his assessment of Westphal
Only with his placement of Kuester (who I feel should be around 24 or 25 on that list)

I have no problem with where they put Wesphal
But I can’t believe they put Kuester ahead of him.

this is why at a certain point in a man's life he should raise his age limit to 21

No doubt
The ‘so-and-so’ played/practiced better yesterday and so he’ll start tomorrow critique is my #1 complaint. Let’s hope we see less of it.

Is that really PW's M.O.?
I chalked most of it up to it being coaches first year evaluation of personnel, what with all the mediocre talent and body’s coming and going. I would think it settles down just based on him being nearer to the team, yet some of his comments regarding players this off season make me wonder what is real. I’m asking because I really don’t know.

I think it will be more consistant this season regardless of last seasons reasons for fluctuation

"We're a finely tuned machine"
in the news conference after practice, PW said, “we’re not getting enough ball movement, we’re not setting good screens, we’re not cutting, we’re not looking to the weakside, we’re dribbling too much, and we don’t know the plays, other than that we’re a finely tuned machine”.
Thanks coach, that as the most open, honest an truely funny comment, we’ve heard from you since you joined the team.
