I'm not sitting in your car, or your living room with a gun pointed to your head telling you to listen to 1140. - Grant Napear
Am I the only one that thinks that these ankle/knee/leg injuries may be linked to the shoes they wear?
I know that I have to wear reebok basketball shoes, otherwise I twist my ankles all the time. I also know that if I wear nikes as every day shoes my knees start to hurt when I play basketball. I really think that the near monopoly that Nike has on basketball shoes may be contributing to the injuries like this athletes sustain.
Injuries like these that athletes sustain*
Sounded really uneducated the first time.

New Shoe that prevents ankle injury
Maybe he needs to ditch his Nike shoes and wear the new shoe that was just designed that prevents ankle injuries. Check it out. Nike needs to design something like it.

"Dear Nike, take your 7-figure payout for the shoe I agreed to wear and stick it up your Just-Do-It Hole™."
Ditch those shoes, Reke! Defending you from a breach of contract suit is what your lawyers are for!
Meantime, wrap those ankles, kid. You seem to be susceptible to tweaks like this.

Which I will eat.
Trying to find more info on these sneakers
I’m curious about how they look, what the weight & traction is like on those babies. For $200 they better be pretty beastly on performance.
If they look like a clunky medical device more than a high-performance athletic shoe then good luck getting young, elite ballplayers to switch over.
