The Kings looked excellent in the first quarter before Beno made his entrance. I like the guy, but he’s played poorly tonight. The whole game turned when he and the other members of the bench squad came in…when playing with mostly starters he was equally terrible, if you were wondering.

I simply think it is bad coaching to not put in the player who creates better ball movement than arguably any player on the roster when we are incapable of ball movement currently.

Defense factors in quite a bit, too, and Utah’s guards have fed off of Beno’s complete lack of it, just as every other fucking guard in the league does. Don’t call people crackheads if you plan on continuing to make such crackheaded statements yourself.

I've watched MOST of the game.
I have League Pass and am watching other games as well.
I think you have selective memory. In the chunks of the game I have watched, there have been breakdowns all over the court. Beno’s are hardly any worse than anyone else’s.

Great idea. Beno thrived without him. He had an AMAZING season in 08-09, and then Reke came along and made him look bad with his awful two guard skills. Maybe you could come up with a trade that lands us Spencer Hawes, too, as well as the corpse of Nocioni.

If you recall, even when Beno brought the ball up last year, Tyreke created in the half court ala Dwayne Wade. That is not happening right now. Westphal actually was talking about using Evans at the three. Evans is a huge mismatch at PG – using him elsewhere hugely limits his advantages. In addition, it is dumb to play him in a capacity that emphasizes his poor shooting.

I wonder about his health, honestly. He’s been tweaking an ankle every game seemingly, and plantar fasciitis is in the equation as are ankle spurs. He may just need a few games off.

I’m stoked cuz one of my best friends is up from San Diego and goes to my gym (family membership, haha) and we’re going together tomorrow. We always get awesome workouts when we go together. Usually an hour on the elliptical, various weights, and sometimes some treadmill thrown in too.

I do and hour in the morning, and an hour around 5-6ish
unless I’m working
I do nothing but Cardio in the morning and weights in my 2nd hour. Of course I warm up for a bit all the time.
But yes, 60 minutes is usually good enough. I’m just trying to get to my set goal and then I’ll cut back a bit ><

Life is so much easier for guys when it comes to working out and stuff. Cuz for me, I work out and then shower and it takes a solid 20 minutes to do my makeup and then hair is anywhere from 2 to 30 lol. So I’m not down for going to the gym twice in one day. Sigh.

I don’t bother with dyeing it or even highlighting it. Haha. Nor do I bother with high maintenence cuts. I just don’t care that much. Days when I wear my hair down are special events indeed. lol. Maybe I should care more, but ehh.

I hate spending time on my hair.
I either brush it and leave it down all day, or put it in a bun or a pony tail. If I’m feeling fancy, I’ll add a clip or a headband, but that’s it. I could never spend more than five minutes on hair, or even makeup for that matter.
