Regarding Taylor, here you have a guy that could earn $2.6 million over the next 3 years if his option is picked up next year. He’s moving from a team where he is 3rd on the depth chart to a team where he at least has a chance to compete. With all due respect, I just don’t see where depression would set in here.

i have done that for 8-10 games this season
last year we fought down to the last min with some legit teams.
I stopped watching the Kings multiple times this year

I have said
that he should go if he loses this team. I have not seen that happen yet. Given that the Maloofs are not (and should not) open the vault for a coach at this time, I see no point in making a coaching change.

It seems like our team after 8 years of success has become almost a like a farm where the players become decent or good or great when they move on to other teams.

Terrible defense
I’m tired of god-awful pick and roll defense. Nobody is hedging, people are just letting guys come off screens as they please.
It's like you people who are complaining the loudest haven't seen a bad team before.

Winning should commence next year. That’s my feeling. I’m disappointed with the slow start, but it does happen. I need to readjust my expectations (which I’ve done quickly) to hope that they recover enough to stay competitive.
Without Tyreke Evans, the Kings will get blown out on the road. Let’s remember that he is clearly the best player the Kings have had since Chris Webber. And he’s only 21 years old.

Sometimes i think to myself, "why do i root for this team?" then i read the comments about the team by the "fans" and i realize, i root for the team because i add some intelligence to the fan base.

DMC plays only 26 minutes, no excuse with only 2 fouls.

But Landry and JT were solid, too. The only wasted minutes up front belonged to Dalembert, and he only played 9 minutes…though they were 9 of the longest minutes of my life.

Team has so much talent
but not all of it is put to use. We see flashes here and there. Just none of it ever shows up at the same time.
Kings got to make up their minds.
Either stick with the draft rebuilding or trading rebuild. They seem to trade all their young players. Get some veterans in here with draft trades. The draft way is not working and its been 5 years now. We need leadership not just young players that think they can do whatever they want.
The real 'draft' rebuilding you talk about started in 2009 with Tyreke

It has been less than 3 and half years since the Kings last went to the playoffs,
not 5. It feels like it’s been 10 years, but it’s been less than 4.

You mean the trades of Brad Miller, Ron Artest, John Salmons, Mike Bibby?
K-Mart and Spencer are really the only young players of note they traded, IIRC. And they got a younger player back in the Martin deal.
