STARTING LINEUPS & INJURIES
Everyone but Jason Thompson should be available for the Kings, which means that we again roll with Tyreke Evans, Beno Udrih, Dontizzle Greene, Darnell "The Juice Man" Jackson and DeMarcus Cousins.
Dem Warriors got David Lee's elbow hole and Louis Amundson Kuetcher (2008 Kings Summer League with 3-Wil and Douby, ballers!) up front, Dorell Wright, Reggie Williams and Monta Ellis. And yeah, I just named two power forwards and three shooting guards. What? You think some of Don Nelson's crazy didn't hang around in the air? Insanity's as contagious as the herp.
SCOUTING REPORT

The Warriors have the No. 29 defense in the NBA. The Kings are a solid No. 22. That is almost in the 30th percentile. Almost!
Golden State is also the No. 29 defensive rebounding team in the lig, a fact brought to my attention by Houston's 17 offensive rebounds Monday night. The Wurrs also foul more than anyone (big ups to Andris Biedrins, chillin' in the D&G suit for a minute) and have the fifth-worst shot defense.
You know, I'm checking out their B-Ref.com clubhouse page, and I'm like, "Hey, the Kings are better than them. We can beat them." And then I check out the Kings' B-Ref.com clubhouse page, and I'm like, "Oh nevermind." At least Golden State has an offense.
MATCHUP OF THE GAME
Monta Ellis vs. Tyreke Evans. Ellis will be playing point guard unless Steph Curry returns from his ankle injury. No matter, because there's no way Beno Udrih will be trying to check Ellis. On the other end, Williams will likely guard 'Reke. Given GSW's proclivity to foul and anti-proclivity to defend well, 'Reke should drive drive drive drive drive drive.
PLAYER TO WATCH
DeMarcus Cousins is averaging 14/8 in December, shooting 45 percent. Respectable man, that DMC. And though it's been linked and opined upon already, please do read Sam Amick's Cousins profile. It's a big ol' cup of smile.
