Jason Thompson to Miss Two Games
The Kings just announced Jason Thompson will miss the next two Kings games, tonight against San Antonio and Friday against the Suns. J.T. is attending a funeral on the East Coast. Condolences to the Thompson family.
Before today, J.T. had played in every game in his NBA career. He's the only King to have started every game this season.

Condolences Jason
Maybe a few days off is just what he needed tho. Get some rest and try to clear your head, young fella.

Getting a break may give him a new perspective...
…like going on vacation and just getting away from it all.

Condolences to the Thompson Family.
JT looks like he needs an extended rest. Honestly, I think that is the biggest problem. He looks tired on the court.
Two games off accompanied by the all star break should help JT for the remainder of the season.

My thoughts go out the Thompson Family
I’ll look forward to Jason’s return once everything has settled.

WOW
Are you serious dude? What a douchebag. Anyways condolences to JT & his family. I went to one of those “meet & greets” at round table in Rocklin. Seemed like a nice kid.

The "soft" comment is kind of funny
because of how ridiculous it is. But the “so we have a chance of 2 wins comment” was just dirty.

Anyone that doesn’t know I’m kidding either doesn’t know me, or can’t see the irony in the “soft” label around here. Make no mistake, I do not actually think JT is “soft” for taking time to be with his family, but instead I wish him the best.

Condolences to JT & his family.
UNLESS that underground cavern was a David Thorpe run training facility. The problem of course, is that players really need to play in NBA game situations for them to develop well. So a league of cyborgs needs to be built along with a regulation-sized stadium and tons of fake fans to simulate real NBA games to develop the players. Though at this point the team is spending billions of dollars to develop those players, so you know… maybe it would be smarter to just wait. -- Iashwash
Bummer
Condolences to you and your family, JT.

Interesting fact
In addition to never missing a pro game before, in four college seasons at Rider, JT missed a grand total of one game.
