Yup. This actually happened. I can't believe Kobe used to call out other people for cheap shots (Bruce Bowen, Raja Bell, etc.) when he's such a cheap-shotter (a word?) himself.

I hate Kobe as much as the next guy, but there is no way you can convince me he did that on purpose. It just looks like he wasn’t paying attention where his hand was until he felt Iggy’s goods, then he immediatly pulled his hand away. Besides, he got called for a foul.

And of course he immediately pulled his hand away after contact—he didn’t want to get called for a foul. What would he have to do for it to look intentional to you? Punch him in the balls AND give him a hand job?
