The 2010 MIT Sloan Sports Analytics Conference is today. I thought this truehoop article about it was relevant because it touches on how some teams' FO are not necessarily embracing this new approach toward this new era of deep statistical analysis. From what we've heard (or haven't) the Kings seem to be one of this teams that don't have an 'advanced statistics' guy assisting our front office. I do worry about this a bit.
