Stromile Swift is now playing in China...anybody interested?
Don't laugh...this is a semi-serious post.
Size? check
Rebounds as well as landry? check
Blocks shots? check
Will he play for cheap? check
Is he old? Not yet....
He's currently tearing it up for the Shandong Flaming Bulls and averaging...
21pts 12 rbs 3.0blks in 32 min
If we're paying Noc 6-7 mil a year can't we pay this guy 1-2mil? It'll be like the 2nd coming of Keon.
I know what all of you are thinking...Sacramento is a small market...free agents don't come here...well at least we speak his language. I say call him up!
Stromile probably doing a lot of this in China

This isn't a half
bad idea, maybe to a 1 year deal, if this guy can come in and avg. half of these stats i’d be happy (1 blk a game?)
It's a good idea in the way that...
going commando with zipper jeans is.
The Sacramento Convergence concept offers Sacramento, the Central Valley, and the State a solution to feasibly construct a new multi-use Entertainment and Sports Complex.

No thanks--- as Barkley once said, "run like deer, jump like deer, think like deer"
Stomile’s problem is he consistently makes bonehead plays: gets caught watching the ball handler, bites on the head fake, loses his man in transistion, tries to make the spectacular play instead of the easy one.
There was a time when I watched him more closely to see if he could cure our ills, but I think he would be maddening to have on our team. Sure he can dunk and will get you the occasional, spectacular weak side block, but he isn’t going to help the team defense. In fact, I think he would do the opposite.
Not to be Debbie Downer, but there is a reason he is playing in China. Top 5 picks are usually given every possible chance to succeed.
That's funny that those words came out of Barkley.
Was he talking about himself but meant alcoholic jackass instead of deer?

He's exactly what the Kings don't want Donte' to become
That’s his danger, thats what they fear.

Rebounds well?
The guy has only averaged 6 rebounds or higher one season, and that was his second. No thanks.

Well done.
No mistakes in the tango, Donna. Not like life. Simple. That's what makes the tango so great. If you make a mistake, and get all tangled up, you just tango on.....
I'm not sure Donald Sterling is a human being. He had to have been manufactured by someone, possibly David Stern, so that one team could solely just make profit for the NBA while doing nothing good for themselves. -- Aykis 16
No way

Thanks, come again.
Phil Jackson, after treatment for a kidney stone "When the anesthesiologist leaned over me, he said "We named your kidney stone Kobe because it's not passing."
If Bonzi was on the team the last few years
K9 would be pissed he was getting paid all that money.
I love beating dead horses.
An older lower-celininged Tyrus Thomas?
No thanks.
Whenever you think it can't possibly happen, it probably just did.

I just was to know what Celin has to do with this...
Does that mean they were an item or something? You know like they…
He doesn't solve our rebounding problems
His per 36 minute numbers are quite nice: 15 points, 8 rebounds, an assist, 2 blocks, and a steal. However, there’s a reason he’s only averaged 20 minutes a game for his career, and that’s due to the aforementioned boneheaded mistakes he tends to make. If he were really worth it some other team would have picked him up on the cheap already.

Can we trade Nocioni for him? If so then I'm in.
At USC we're not snobs, we're just better than you.
