As of the 6 worst teams in the east I’d say the Nets are the only team I would by stock in.
As bad as NJ has been a young core of Harris, Courtney Lee, T-Will/CDR, Yi, & Lopez could be pretty dam good especially if the switch out Lee with Evan Turner from the draft & maybe sign David Lee. That would give them a line-up of Harris, Turner, Yi/T-Will/CDR, David Lee & Brook Lopez. That line-up would probably make the playoffs in the east. That would be a huge turn around for the worst team in the league.

The Pistons have way WAAYYYYY too many bloated contract to do anything anytime soon.
NY might not sign any big free agents & they have no picks. That could be a disaster.

The 76ers have too many bloated contracts also unless they want to blow it up. There are teams that would love to have Iggy.

The Wiz dumped a lot of salary. The might be in good shape with Andray Blatche, Javale McGee & a few other young players + a high pick & cap space.

 Indy sucks I don’t see them getting much better.
