Real GM Kings Draft Grade
In brief recap.. Kings get an A+ for the draft from RealGM. I loved this nugget...
"I am more than willing to say the Kings are about 25 games away from being on the level in terms of overall talent in comparison to the Thunder or Blazers, except they are the antichrist version."

Incomplete
Can’t really grade a draft until they start playing. Start grading them half way of the regular season.
Let me point to you where you stole my thunder b!tch @$$ Kobe ~ Eddie
I don't get why everyone thinks
Reke is so hard to play with. He was a rookie last year. Durant threw up a shit ton of ill advised shots in his first year too.
The NBA: "Where 27 free throws happens"
I think the fact that he is a guard with a lot of ball handling responsibilities adds to it.
Plus, technically the offense didn’t run very smoothly at times. I just wish then they said “hard to play with” that they would clarify that they mean it’s hard at times on the court. I think sometimes people read into it, thinking he is a jerk or something.
Please note the 11 next to my name. All others are frauds.

I don't really understand the quote.
Is the writer saying that after 2 months, this team will be as good as OKC or Portland, because I just don’t see it. We’re going to get better, but this is a large influx of new talent and styles, and I expect some ups and downs this season.
Everyone has this year to get comfortable with one another, and then it’s ass-kicking time.
Rocks are free, and slingshots easily stolen.
I agree
The Kings are likely a 35-win team next season… which is fantastic!
Still way short of the playoffs and at least a year away from threatening the 8. This team does have the building blocks of a contender and the future is certainly the brightest its been in a long while.
He's saying in two months we'll have the same talent as them.
We still have a long way to go with chemistry, etc. I would think he would say..

But I more liked the quote because of the antichrist part.

Weighted in at 227 lbs at the combine.
"If you don't have anything good to say, LIE" - Mom
The greatest impact player in NBA History - Tim Donaghy
I think this is a fairly accurate discription
Where the Blazers and Thunder have built themselves a crew of amazingly talented young players, as have the Kings, the Portland and Oklahoma boys are considered model citizens for the most part. Our guys have “red flags”. Regardless, the team should be substantially better, and have an entirely different look, starting next season.
I don’t think anyone can consider the Kings a “soft” team anymore. We have a team now that can bully the other guys both on offense as well as defense. This has the makings of a great team.
I swear
I was having the same though this morning coming into work. Our team is some physical, mauling players who other teams will hate playing even as our talent and chemistry catches up with our physicality. We are going to be NBA villains.
