I knew it

But I’ve done a lot of draft research so I should have. I’m disappointed at the 3 I did miss. I should have known better.

Son of a bitch I knew that last answer but I didn’t trust my instincts. Actually, most of the questions I missed had me slapping my forehead when I scrolled through the answer sheet.

Although, question #14 is inaccurate

As of 2009, who was the last #1 overall selection to play in the NCAA championship game a few months before his selection?

Technically, it’s no longer Derrick Rose

Dictionary.com defines "verbage" as

Yeah but your forgot one imporant thing

I’m a dumbass.

The only two I had zero clue on was the “most first round picks ever” question and how they did the draft before the lottery (I guess the coinflip one only because it sounded ridiculous). No clue what other one I got wrong.

Could some of you maybe use a condom once in a while?

by wallywagon11 on Jun 4, 2010 8:05 PM PDT up reply actions

I had to think about that one with my head.

I knew David Thompson, Brad Daugherty, Joe Smith, and now that I think about it James Worthy, were all 1st round picks. Oh, and Tim Duncan too.

I couldn’t think of any Big East 1st overall picks other than Derrick Coleman, Patrick Ewing, and Allen Iverson.

but I guessed on a couple – the Minnesota holding the draft was my luckiest answer. That and the choice between the Admiral and Brad Daugherty. I picked the NASCAR guy as I think Robinson was drafted #1 but sat out two years being a midshipman.

Fun stuff. I tanked worse on the NBA jerseys one I posted from Sporcle.
