Epic! It's cool Reke can poke fun at himself. It looks like the first time he's ever held a club.

Used to golf a bit when I was real young and very occasionally go to the driving range.

Wouldn’t it be insanely difficult for an NBA player to swing a golf club given their height and their massive wing span?

Because talent? You want to add a guy like boozer because hes talented? I’m sorry i just don’t see that as a valid reason. -- fffindeed

Using a normal club yes.

Its best for anyone to get their clubs measured for the proper ( and I don’t think I can say this without getting a twss) shaft size, but especially important when you aren’t close to avg in height.

I think Ernie Els is about 6'3"

Of NBA players, Michael Jordan is pretty good. So is Ray Allen. Steph Curry seems to be picking up the game pretty well, too.

If Evans never becomes a good golfer due to all of the extra time that he spends in the gym working on his perimeter shot, I’m OK with that.

Cool, now we have two things in common

Neither one of us has ever played golf, and we both averaged 20/5/5 in our rookie seasons in the NBA. I’m surprised we don’t hang out more and not golf.

Rocks are free, and slingshots easily stolen. And for a limited time, every third person who follows me on Twitter (andy_sims) gets a free ice cream cone.

Which I will eat.

I averaged a solid 20-5-5 this year

20 minutes complaining about Napear
5 beers
5 minutes in the bathroom

In retrospect

Might have been a smarter move to just mute the games versus complaining about Napear for over 25 hours total for the season.

How common are golfing injuries?

Unless it’s basketball-related, I don’t want Tyreke taking that kind of a risk.

Not very common, but

with that swing he’s probably going to get shot by one of the 10 foursomes backed up behind him.
