Cal Expo board rejects land swap for new Kings arena

Ouch ! The Cal Expo board voted today against moving the State Fair to the site of Arco Arena in North Natomas. The move was envisioned by developer Gerry Kamilos and his partners as a key part of a complicated land swap that would result in construction of a new Kings arena in the downtown Sacramento railyard.
