Ranking the Top 50 Sacramento Kings, Pick No. 48

Jim Jackson is your 47th Greatest Sacramento King of All-Time. Jackson was the ultimate mercenary throughout his career, playing for twelve(!) teams throughout his career and multiple teams most seasons. That ties the NBA record, although Joe Smith might break it this upcoming season.
HOW TO VOTE:
Voting is done via the comment section. To vote, simply add a comment with the name of the person you would like to vote for. Feel free to explain your vote if you wish, or not. If you are a lurker who doesn't post much, this could be a good opportunity to create an account (it is super easy and completely free) and start interacting with the community. Voting ends at midnight (Pacific Time) so get your comments in before then. Any votes after that will not count. You also may not switch your vote after you have voted.

Larry Drew
He’s really the last guy on the list that had a good full season with the Kings.

Joe Kleine for #50!

Omri
Can I vote more than once? I am really surprised by the voting. A lot of votes going to a guy who played for 43 games, versus some guys who played hard for us for quite a while.
The reason I'm voting for Mobley
is because while he only played 43 games, he played incredibly well in those 43 games, including a stint in the playoffs.
Longevity only means so much to me when most players played on terrible teams, and weren’t really attractive assets to trade in the first place, which is why they usually stuck around for the length of their rookie deals.

I totally agree with you.
I have a hard time voting for both Thorton and Mobley. I can see Mobley because he played a little longer and was part of a playoff team. But Thorton? 1/4 of a season on a bad team doesnt deserve being voted ahead of a couple of these guys.
Keon Clark
I just have good memories of that guy.

An interesting question...
Who should come first Donte or Mikki? Pick ur poison.

Because they both suck the life out of the universe
And personally two of my least favorite Kings of all-time

Throwing in another vote for Omri
I don’t understand the why all the venom directed at Donte and Mikki. Yes, Donte’s stats aren’t that great (I certainly wouldn’t put him in the top 50) but I don’t think he deserves the vehemence that he’s getting. I really don’t understand why Mikki is drawing such ire. He always seem to me like a really nice guy who genuinely tried to help a team that badly needed help. I would vote for either Donte or Mikki well before voting for a locker-room cancer like Kenny Thomas (the way over-paid, spiteful, lump on the bench.)
I think it's only one or two people who are directing venom on Donte
