Demarcus Cousins: 3pt shooter or defender

PrintIf you could choose between equipping Boogie with a very improved 3 point shot (let's say 40% made) or way better defense (top five defensive big man), which would you choose?
As baller as the legit three point option would be from a player with his offensive skill set, I'd have to say defense. Our offense will be fine. A consistently dominant, defensive post presence is too hard to pass up in this situation.

Ok, but what if you had to choose between
A) DMC being a top 5 defensive center
B) Getting spoon fed chocolate ice cream by a top 5 beautiful model
What do you do? What do you do?
Now this is a good one.
I would still pick top-5 defender though.

i dont want demarcus cousins to leave the paint for any reason....
other than avoiding a 3 second violation
Defense>3 point as far as assets go, for any center

See, you made it too easy with the percentages.
Offer people 40% three-point shooting or a top five defensive big man, and it’s an easy choice. But if you’d offered them 75% three-point shooting or a top five defensive big man, now suddenly we’ve got an actual discussion on our hands.
