Time to get the mop out...
…to clean away all the drool.
He is leaner. He is lighter. He is quicker. Really, his new body has to be seen to be believed.
“Marcus told me the other day that he was feeling very sexy,” Cousins’ agent, John Greig, said Saturday after the Kings’ first official practice of training camp.
"Where hope goes to die"
You said "great read", Ziller.
I thought we had a ban on Ailene articles.

The Ailene ban was in place when the site was obsessing over her frequent miscues
We’ve all moved on, won’t you join us?
She said he looked out of shape

nothing to worry about. Remember, he looked pretty good in the UC Davis game.

It was a good article.
There’s no harm in giving credit where credit is due.
"We're like Tim Duncan and David Robinson. But a younger version. I really feel that." - Charlie Villanueva about himself and Chris Bosh.
This part struck me as funny. (emphasis mine)
how quickly and extensively the immensely talented young center progresses – figures to dictate whether the Kings make a big leap forward or become one of the favorites in the annual NBA draft lottery
Where has she been the past five years?
But yeah, not a painful read.

Sounds great
Slimming up is gonna help him stay in much better condition this year. His endurance should be much better. In Ailene’s defense (WTF am I saying?!) she didn’t start the “sexy” thing this time. Not her fault.
"What the fuck did I do?" - McNulty
Yeah! Everyone loves sexy cousins.
Unless they’re your cousin.
said the coach. “He’s not in game shape, but it’s a pleasant sight to see the shape he’s in.”
Can’t wait to see when DMC does get into game shape. Win or lose, I think this is gonna be a really fun season with a healthy Reke, a focussed DMC, and some semblance of outside shooting and (hopefully) passing and defense (or something passing for defense).
This.
What kind of shape was he in last year?
This bodes well for the team, since he averaged what he did in such bad shape.
"We're like Tim Duncan and David Robinson. But a younger version. I really feel that." - Charlie Villanueva about himself and Chris Bosh.
I think the issue isn't what he averaged to some extent, but the way in which it was achieved...
…what with the lazy fouls, not getting back on D, and so on. I’m actually less excited about DMC’s being more fit than I am about what his being more fit might be a symptom of- hopefully more consistent focus and an increase in maturity.

Exactly.
No mistakes in the tango, Donna. Not like life. Simple. That's what makes the tango so great. If you make a mistake, and get all tangled up, you just tango on.....
