Off season free agency
I'm gonna go on the far end here and throw this out there.
With all the free cap space we have, we'll pick up someone decent. A good quality big man is always good. We have a ton of them right now but I don't think Sammy will be here after this year.
If all goes right, we can be a great team instantly. If all goes wrong, we'll be in the same place we are now, the shit hole.
In free agency, I say we go after two great centers. Yao Ming and Greg Oden will both be unrestricted free agents (i could be wrong). It's a risk reward thing. What do you think?
Every other free agent on the 2011 market are mid-level players, not great players with some exception.

I would take a swing on Greg Oden.
At least his doctors haven’t said he only has “1 or 2 years left”.
"We're not talking about me and Darko in the same sentence." - Chris Webber vs KAHN!

Greg Oden is an RFA
As long as the Blazers FO decides to give the QO, they can match anything Sacramento or anybody else offers him, because of this, it’s highly unlikely that anybody will be able to pry Greg away from Portland unless they give him a long, guarenteed contract for a decent amount of money per year, because in reality, Greg is worth most to the Blazers.
