It really doesn't

The stadium is absolutely beautiful but being so hi-tech and with so many things to do at the arena, fans are quite distracted. The atmosphere is quite different. The stadium was beyond quiet tonight. Fans just didn’t give a flip and most ended up leaving the game early.

The Rays were in the world series in 2008

they still couldn’t sell out a game, and now they have to try and cut salary because nobody goes to the games, even though they fight for the playoffs every year in the toughest conference imo (and in baseball it’s much harder to make the playoffs than basketball)

Well they are 1.25 mill under the minimum cap..

…which means they will lose out on luxury, escrow tax etc etc. (Quite a bit of money in otherwords.) So from that vantage, they only can do 2 things. Make a trade that gets them the salary needed or sign a player. Signing a player doesn’t really help you that much since there isn’t a Free Agent that you can sign that would make a big impact that you couldn’t sign in the summer or by November.

As far as trades? Eh, who knows.

No mistakes in the tango, Donna. Not like life. Simple. That's what makes the tango so great. If you make a mistake, and get all tangled up, you just tango on.....

If Omri has 12 games with 85+ TS% (20+ mins only) on the season, I will send RikSmits a slice of Cherry Pie with real Californian cheese pasteurized locally in Washington state.

Can you avoid that particular phrasing for a while?
Thanks.

Damn, this Relocation thing is getting to me

I turned on SportsCenter and started walking away until I heard them say
“And the Kings are visiting the Ducks tonight at the Pond”
I am too darn sensitive

Getting to me too. I check Twitter constantly.

I thought I had it bad when I was waiting on Jim Harbaugh news. That was nowhere near as bad as this, though.

Paging Mr Rik Smits

Omri had a 87.6 TS% tonight. One more to add on the total. :)

I'm afraid the pie will be on me

and it will taste humble.

But at this point, I only really care about them staying in Sacramento.

Dunking Dutchman - betting that Omri will have at least 12 games with 85% TS% this season.

I'm not really sure people get that my tagline is a joke......

Just a friendly wager on who gets to choose whose avatar after it’s all said & done. That’s what I remember the actual bet being.
