2010-2011 at Arco/PBP
13,494 per game for the 29 home games prior to 2/28/11, in other words, before it was public knowledge the Maloofs were trying to work out a deal with Anaheim.
14,847 per game for the 12 home games after 2/27/11, after it was known the Maloofs were talking to Anaheim.
I take two things away from these numbers:
1. The Here We Stay efforts did have an effect that showed up in ticket sales. There are other factors, sure, but a 10% jump in ticket sales for a team that was 14-43 leading into the 2/28 game is significant.
2. The relocation filing extension (instead of just filing by the 2/28 deadline) helped the ticket sales. Which makes the Maloofs even bigger villains in my mind if they leave.
