Draft Scenario

Lately, I have looked at a ton of mock draft online.  A few have Brandon Knight slipping to Toronto at #5 and Kemba Walker falling to the Kings at #7 mainly because Enes Kanter is not available for Cleveland at #4.  I have seen on Sactown Royalty quite a few threads talking about who is better, Knight or Walker.  Here is my different spin on that arguement.  If Knight were available at #4, should the Kings trade up with Cleveland to get Knight or stay put and get Walker at #7. What assets would the Kings have to give up to get to #4?  Is giving up Garcia or Casspi plus the #7 pick going to be enough to move up?  I wouldn't want to trade away next year's first round pick because it appears to be a much stronger draft than this year.  Kind of curious what others might consider if this situation were to develop.
