McAllister likely doesn’t really understand what’s going on.

If this is used to repay bonds (sounds like that is not the plan) it’s certaintly not even close to equalling $20 to $30 million of the $406 million required and I am stunned he wouldn’t understand that by now.

If this is used to help recoup the general fund then it will actually go to $0 of the arena funding.

Wasn’t it Fong who had the major concern about the general fund and that it wouldn’t get refunded? This would help his concerns and hopefully can help sway him more our direction.
