Agree, Kings spend 90% of their possession beyond the 3 line.

Cousins should be receiving the ball in the post at least 50% of the time and running the offense from there

Don't agree with this one

I’ll take a blowout where I can resign halfway through the game over a blown playoff game in overtime any day. That was the single most depressing game I’ve ever seen.

I'd agree

Until trying to watch this. At least the Niners were competitive and fun to watch.

we could do ANYTHING other than get blown out. We either win a close, close game or we get run out the gym every single night. These players need some pride….this is pathetic.

Team is moving the ball better.

Need to learn to play better team D.

Shots also need to go in. Home court will help with that. 8 of our 13 in Feb are on the road, but at least some easier teams.

by SPTSJUNKIE on Jan 23, 2012 9:22 PM PST up reply actions

I hate to mention this

But this is pretty much an average game offensively for the Kings if you look at %s across the board and TOs

35 and 31. I'm calling it now. Reke and Cousins 1-2 in most improved award both All-stars. Jimmer leads rookies in scoring, passing and Ole's. Make 2nd round of playoffs and Salmons is not here by seasons end.

by ElRonToro on Jan 23, 2012 9:19 PM PST reply actions

I agree, but

It is also true that the Kings were a 6-8 minute lazy stretch (mid-late 2nd quarter) away from making this a game. They just dug themselves too big a hole and had little chance to dig out of it.

They are SUPPOSED to be

But when I buy tickets to every game of the season, shouldn’t I be entitled to the same things you get if you buy tickets to that one game? Instead, we don’t get any of the shirts from the games UNLESS we spend our points to get them…these are the points you receive for renewing.

Also, I’m disabled and they chase me through the parking lot (even though I have plates on the front AND back) every home game when I drive toward the handicapped parking area.

I could sit here all night telling you all the crap but the short version is NO, the NBA hasn’t made any big changes.

This is our team and Thornton is our leading scorer and Hayes might be our best paint defender. Like it or not, you have to deal with it. Sure, their roles might not be as big as they are here on other teams, but thats somethiing we have to deal with. I’ll just stop. Your comment didn’t make that much sense to me.
