Hollinger's NBA Playoff Odds
Based on this report (and many others), I think its safe to say that we will keep our 1st round draft pick this year.

Wow.
I guess I’m rooting for Philly this year.

Amusing. Or something.
Of all the teams and their ‘worst’ projections, the Kings are the only team that has a projected losing streak for the rest of the season. Fun.
Actually,
the Kings are projected to win 1 more game even w/the worst case scenario. However, Charlotte’s worst-case scenario has them going winless the rest of the season (for a record of 3-63). Not surprisingly, they’re projected as the worst team. However, the Kings are projected as the 2nd worst team (tied with Washington).
Damn
So I can’t even use the “so you’re saying there’s a chance” line?

Not funny anymore.

Asked if the Kings had any intention of trading Cousins, basketball president Geoff Petrie said, "No."
I wonder if we can trade YOU for Meg
Take Salmons with you

We'd probably have to give up picks in that deal too.

Let's be perfectly frank.
Could we have predicted Salmons would play like crap? No
Could we have predicted Westphal would be a dick with Cousins? No
To be fair, if I could have a do-over would I? Sure
I think every GM is entitled to one do-over.
If you don’t like that, you don’t like Kings basketball.

This was intend to go with this:

I would say Salmons wasn't his only bad move

I wouldn’t take any projection seriously that gives the kings a 0 % chance of making the playoffs after only 19 games played with a 6-13 record. He has the warriors at 7% chance and they are not much better than the kings .
Mirror on the wall
Here we are again.
