Peja Stojakovic receives accolades and his championship ring. Congratulations, big guy. I wish somehow it could have been here in Sacramento, but you deserve it.

5:20 onward for Peja, folks.

Thank you, Harvey.

I started crying with JJ Barea. Peja was the ultimate gentleman in accepting his ring. Coach Carlisle did an outstanding job of presenting the players with their rings. Any chance the Kings could entice him to come here to coach? (ha ha) Mark Cuban came dressed as you would expect, himself. I have to hand it to this guy; he loves his team.

That was an amazing playoff series last season. I am so happy for all the Dallas players. It was a joy to see them sweep the series with the Lakers and to go on to win the whole enchilada. The place erupted with Dirk, who played the most amazing basketball. I have profound respect for him.

Great ring ceremony. Maybe someday we can experience something like this with our team.

Asked if the Kings had any intention of trading Cousins, basketball president Geoff Petrie said, "No."

You're welcome!

I thought it was a really classy job. I also enjoyed how happy Dirk looked when Peja received his ring. Talent aside, Dirk is a pretty classy guy in the NBA.

And I dearly hope that that will be experienced sometime soon in Sacramento.

Yes, I noticed that too, when Peja got his ring.

You can tell dirk really respects Peja

From all those playoff matchups in the early 2000’s. Fun stuff.

I used to think

How glad I was that we had the classy Maloofs instead of that punk Mark Cuban. But Cuban grew up, and the Maloofs…?

Yeah.

Congratulations to Peja & Dirk— two risky Euro picks back in the day.

Even though the voices aren't real, they have some pretty good ideas!

Seriously.

I couldn’t believe it. Granted, it’s in a situation where they are getting a ring, so Cuban might be merely behaving himself…

But he looked pretty gown up there. What a reversal of fortune :/.

Any news on if they're ever going to retire his jersey in Sacramento?

Or are the Melindas and the FO too butthurt that he got a ring playing for a different club? So annoying.

Lol. But seriously, I saw the video was posted by a fan on the Sacramento Kings Facebook Page congratulating him

And it got removed. Wow. I guess this organization, Jason Wise and all the media people are real blowhards.

Forgive me, I am biased because Peja was one of my favorites way back when (though I loved the whole team, to be honest).

That’s real bullshit. They can’t accept anything congratulating one of their former stars?
