While I hate negative thinking, I'm also not delusional to the fact that the Kings are probably going to be in the lottery again this year. One of the big needs Sac has besides PG is SF. Looking at prospects this year, PG is not very abundant this year as it has been the last 2. However, 2 SF's have hit my radar in the form of UNC's Harrison Barnes and Kentucky's Michael Kidd-Gilchrist. While Barnes is heavily ranked top 2-3 (UK's Anthony Davis is pretty much #1) Kidd-Gilchrist has risen up draft boards with his energetic, athletic play and leadership, even as a freshman. My question is, if the Kings get pick #2 or 3, which SF would you take? While Barnes gets more press and is the flashier pick, I think MKG would actually be better for the Kings. He's athletic, projects as a lockdown defender, and does all the little things. This is the type of player the Kings desperately need IMO. What say you?
