  • The Bulls held the Pistons to 9 4th quarter points on their way to a 92-68 win in Chicago. Carlos Boozer led the Bulls with 23 points on 9-13 shooting. Greg Monroe scored 14 points for the Pistons, adding 10 boards, and 6 assists (1 turnover). Jason Maxiell shot 1-12 in 24 minutes off the bench.
  • Amare Stoudemire and Carmelo Anthony shot a combined 13-38, but the Knicks outlasted the Bobcats in New York 91-87. Stoudemire also grabbed 12 boards, while Tyson Chandler had a solid 20 point (7-8 field), 13 rebound double double, adding 3 blocks and 3 steals. Boris Diaw posted a 19/1 double double for the Bobcats, adding 7 assists against 3 turnovers.
  • Atlanta kept New Jersey winless at home (0-4) as they defeated the Nyets 106-101. Atlanta's starters shot 57% from the field as they scored 96 of their team's 106 points, with each of them taking between 11 to 15 shots. Deron Williams had a 15 point, 14 assist double double, offset by 6-17 shooting and 6 turnovers. MarShon Brooks added a 19 point, 10 rebound double double.
  • Toronto defended their home floor against Minnesota, 97-87. Andrea Bargnani scored 31 points for the Raps (11-25 field, 1-6 from 3, 8-9 line) and added 9 boards, while Amir Johnson tallied a 19-11 double double. Kevin Love's 13/14 double double came on 3-16 shooting,
  • The Sixers bounced Indiana in Philly 96-86. Danny Granger missed the game with food poisoning, and the Pacers' starting backcourt of Darren Collison and Paul George shot a combined 6-27. David West notched a 15-11 double double. For the Sixers, Andre Iguodala led the way with 20 points (7-16 field), 9 rebounds and 5 assists (1 turnover).
  • New Orleans, still without the services of Eric Gordon, went into Denver and came away with a surprising 94-81, handing the Nuggets their first home loss of the season. Carl Landry provided 21 points for the Hornets, while Chris Kaman added 20 points in 28 bench minutes.
