Kings vs. Blazers: Back at home!

Ed Szczepanski-US PRESSWIRE

The Kings return home to face the Blazers, with Thomas Robinson back but DeMarcus Cousins still on the shelf.

The Sacramento Kings return home after an eventful, terrible trip down to L.A. The Portland Trail Blazers will visit, with the game scheduled to tip off at 7 p.m. Pacific on Comcast SportsNet California and 1140 AM.

The Blazers are our 2-5 buddies, having last lost to the Hawks at home on Monday. That's right: Portland's on a back-to-back, which gives the rested Kings a small advantage. Of course, the absence of DeMarcus Cousins due to suspension more than makes up for that. (Yes, Cousins has appealed. I'm told an appeal can only get him his money back, not shrink the suspension itself. I would seriously doubt that the suspension would be lifted before Tuesday's game, though I wouldn't be surprised if arbitration got half of his money back. He was docked $92,000 due to the suspension.)

The Blazers are led by LaMarcus Aldridge (who we know well) and Damian Lillard. We'll find out more about their season to date in a Q&A with Blazer's Edge that'll be in this stream at noon.

We'll have a game thread at 7 and a recap after the match.
