Fresh off the most embarrassing loss of the season, the Kings face the Suns in Phoenix. Alright!
The Kings lost by 238 points* on Sunday, and jumped right onto a plane to head down to Phoenix, where they'll play the Suns on Monday. That brutal Sunday loss was at home. The Kings are far worse on the road. So, yeah, this should be lots of fun.
The game is set for 6 p.m. Pacific on Comcast SportsNet California and 1140 AM.
The Kings are 1-9 on the road, and have lost four straight games total -- by an average margin of 17.75 points. Phoenix is 9-15 overall, one spot ahead of the Kings in West. They've won two straight against good teams (Memphis, Utah) and are in the middle of a two-week, high-rest homestand. The Suns are 7-6 at home this season.
After Monday's game the Kings return home to face the Warriors on Wednesday. As the Kings flail, the Warriors are in the playoff picture in the West after a terrific 6-1 road trip.
