The Kings visit Portland again, hoping for an identical result against the Blazers.
Of the Kings' five December wins, two have come against the Blazers. That includes Sacramento's only road win of the season, a 99-80 victory a few weeks back. The Kings also beat Portland in Sacramento on Sunday without Tyreke Evans or DeMarcus Cousins.
The roster situation may be the same on Wednesday as the Kings face the Blazers again. Tyreke is out and Cousins, though reinstated from his indefinite suspension on Monday after exactly one game, might not be back in the rotation just yet. We'll see. But hey, the Kings have Travis Outlaw, who is LeBronian against Portland.
Until Sunday's Sacramento win, Portland had won five straight. They are a smoking 9-4 at home, and just had a 6-1 homestand. Everyone is expected to be available for the Blazers.
The game is scheduled for 7 p.m. Pacific on Comcast SportsNet California and 1140 AM. Fan predictions soon, game thread at 7, recap to follow.
