I get what the Kings are trying to do
Coming out and trying to out-tempo the Heat. They’re trying to beat them at their own game. The only problem with that is that you risk a lot of unforced errors. It doesn’t hurt to slow it down once in a while.

Frustrating because there are little things they could have done better to maybe even lead after the half, but overall an impressive showing from the boys

Great first half
So many times when the other team goes on a run before the half the kings end up down by double digits but we hung in there this time. Lets hope for another good half of bball

some of his shots were out of rhythm
or rather they were shot too quick imo. He needs to stop being so nervous to shoot and just focus on playing his heart out.

I dont know why people think Donte has changed.
He has been rather awful for most of his career. Though he was being coached by Westphal and did not get consistent minutes but he has always been a streaky shooter ( More bad then good ).
Yes he is rebounding much better then he has in the past but he was taking JT’s minutes who didn’t get back in the game until there was 1:30 left. I don’t get Smarts rotation sometimes.

Oh I can agree with that.
Shit just about anybody on the Kings is playing better then Salmons. I just don’t get why JT who had 10 points 6 rebounds 1 foul in the 1st quarter got minutes taken from him by Donte in the 2nd. JT did not get back into the game til there was less then 2 minutes left.
