Half of the NBA season is over and the NCAA season is also ending very soon. The lowly Kings are following the OKC model, and in my opinion excelling and doing better than OKC at it. All you guys need now is a decent PF or SF and consistent play. With a core of DMC, Reke, Thornton and Thomas, plus a high draft pick, oh and not to mention one of the lowest team salaries and Sacramento hasn't used the amnesty yet. Things are looking up.
What Sacramento is missing right now is a glue guy, someone who can come in and be consistent and make an impact from day one. Two such possibilites are Jared Sullinger and Tyler Zeller. In my opinion, Jared Sullinger would be the best fit, since he can shoot (42.3% 3P%, 76.9% FT), rebound, play back to the basket, is very efficient (55.4% FG).

Now that amnesty. I would amnesty that John Salmons since he isn't producing at all and he is getting payed the most on this team.
The Ideal 2012-2013 Starting Roster for the Kings should look like:
PG: Isaiah Thomas
SG: Marcus Thornton
SF: Tyreke Evans
PF: Jared Sullinger
Bench: Jimmer Fredette, Chuck Hayes, Francisco Garcia, etc.
Oh and also Sacramento should make some huge acquisitions in Free Agency, since after the Salmons amnesty they have a total salary of about $35 Million. Gerald Wallace, Nic Batum, Chase Budinger, and Matt Barnes are just some options. Now if they get Batum, who is one of my favorite players because he can do EVERYTHING on a basketball court, and Thornton gets relegated to the bench, Sacramento is a strong team capable of making an upset in the playoffs.
