I found the most interesting statement to be
Corporations that have an interest in Sac as the Capitol of the 8th largest economy in the world, I had never thought of that. But it could be of value to them to have a luxury box to lobby people from our city or other California locales..
I need to consider that a bit more but that prospect has me a bit excited,
35 and 31. I'm calling it now. Reke and Cousins 1-2 in most improved award both All-stars. Jimmer leads rookies in scoring, passing and Ole's. Make 2nd round of playoffs and Salmons is not here by seasons end.
Yeah the whole Burkle section was interesting.
He did also back out of the Dodger bidding…

I will also add that with the "brick by brick" initiative being viewed as "the people's house"
A fitting name might be “The People’s Palace” – and please, do not jpeg a picture of Mao, I am trying to be encouraging, not coy.

Wait a damn second, I think you may be on to something.
The Mayor said he hopes to raise $5-10 million with the brick by brick campaign. The naming rights deal with Power Balance is $750k per year. If the people put up $7.5 million for this thing, that’s a 10-year naming rights deal. Anyone who buys a brick gets to make a nomination, some committee narrows all of the nominations down to 10 finalists, and then everyone that donated gets to cast a vote for their favorite. That would be friggin’ awesome.
