The last order of business (#14 on the list) is to hear Sandy Sheedy's proposal to have a public VOTE in June in regards to the parking/ESC financing issue. I am sure it will not go a concern, but they will discuss. It will be interesting to see how Sheedy twists this around for her own benefit and what other Council Members will tag along... tune into http://www.cityofsacramento.org/Council/ to watch
