Being a Kings fan these past 3-4 years have been hard because of the rebuilding, losing seasons and now awaiting the outcome of the relocation deadline. Just because the Kings have been going through a rough patch doesn't mean that I have lost my loyalty for my Sacramento Kings. I've been a fan for as long as I can remember. My Dad was a Kings fan before I was born so I guess it was only a matter of time before I became a fan of the Kings. I was a Kings fan before the Kings made the trades which made them a dream team. I lived my goal of becoming a Kings STH a few years ago when we drafted Reke. The Kings mean more to me than most can understand and that's ok. Some times I feel like I am the basketball fan version of Jimmy Fallon' character in Fever Pitch. I've missed some special occasions because of Kings games and haven't even thought twice about if it was a good idea or not. I know this post is all over the place compared to the great writers here on StR but it's so hard to put into words of how you feel about your favorite team. It's easier to express with emotions at live games.
