The west is pretty weak this year when it comes to title contenders.
It’s a helluva fight to get into the playoffs, but only the Thunder and the Nuggets seem like they could endure the season. I’m still skeptical of both of those teams too.

Dude tyreke has better decision making skills
He has more upside and is more skilled offensively. Again the reason tyreke doesn’t get the recognition is because his jumpshot is extremely inconsistent. He misses way too much thus making him not seem that great. I’m not blinded by the misses though as I see his potential and I see his true skill. He has talents westbrook doesn’t have. Of course on the other hand westbrook likewise is better at certain things as well but overall I can’t say westbrook is better.

This team gives most teams in the league fits on defense so it isn’t like we are in the minority in that regard. Winning is a process. I see much better play from the Kings and that is encouraging even though it may not show up in the win column.

Kings took 22 more shots then the thunder....
If this was Hockey then our offense would be top notch.
They shot almost 50 percent--it was the 23 turnovers that hurt them.
Their big 2 got their points. Not like the Thunder played that bad.
100+ points was impressive
This team has gotten better offensively the last week and half. Not sure how but they are at least 10 points better.

During one of the last two of Tyreke’s trips to the free throw line. I was jumping up and down and shouting with them.
I know we're gonna lose but I still think we're gonna win.
No chants was fine.
The noise was definitely enough. This game was all over Twitter and I was in the game thread on Reddit and there was nothing but praise for the fans. One guy even complained that the crowd noise was messing up his speakers.

So many positives from that game.
Donte, Hayes , IT and Jimmer all played well. Fans were loud, despite the fact that TNT thought the arena plan was voted down. Jason Thompson played well too, he plays well just about every night but sometimes due to the flow of the game he can’t get in during the 4th quarter.
TNT was being real downers saying...

No, the vote was to put the arena on the June ballot
So the 5-4 was against it, therefore that plan failed, but it was victorious in our part

My point is, we NEED his offense. We can’t win without it 8 times out of 10 if he doesn’t bring it…so we cant afford to give him a portion of thorntons minutes…
Outlaw + Garcia.. okay…but Thornton needs his minutes because WE need him.

but I think if MT23 was eventually replaced with IT… IT has proved he can make open shots, play D against any guard, and not force too many shots when compared to Marcus. I think it is still too early to yank MT23’s spot but he really needs to find his shot here soon.

Donte is closer to 6'9.5 but I agree
He belongs on the court more. Ahead of Cisco, Outlaw obviously, and more of Salmons minutes. I am not so sure Donte shouldn’t be starting. Salmons was ineffective, again. He made one nice pass going out of bounds to Marcus for the ‘3’, but Salmons was pretty sorry most of the night.
When Salmons gets the ball, he cannot create for himself or anyone else 8 out of 10 times. (Scientific fact.)
The only criticism I have of Coach Smart is he has stayed way too long with Salmons and buried Donte. Only lately is he seeing the light. Donte has the most raw talent of our wing players. He seems like he can turn a corner and become an NBA player if he got steady PT. I ’d like to see Donte get 20 to 25 minute a game.
Donte had more production in 16 minutes than Salmons did in 36. One last point to be fair to Salmons: He did a good job on Harden in the 4th quarter, which is where he belongs, defending 2s, not 3s.
