This is a graph of assisted baskets by the Kings last season, thanks to BasetballValue.com.. It's pretty simple: to get from passer to scorer, follow the lines clockwise. Purpler/thicker line means that combination happened more frequently. I put this together quickly to test out using Gephi. Once this season is over, I might try to do something more advanced, but for the moment, if anyone wants to try something similar, this is the code I used to parse the play-by-play data.
