Here is my paraphrasing of what was said

From the Bill Simmons Podcast, he was speculating that if Charlotte doesn’t get the first pick and ends up with say the 3 or 4 pick would Charlotte trade that pick for Tyreke Evans. Is that a good deal for the Kings.

His view is that Evans needs a limited amount of touches, and that his upside is to be a instant offense kind of player, 25 minutes a game gets 17 shots a game. Bill did say he is one of the few guys in the league who in person is really amazing in the open court, that when he gets the ball you know good things are going to happen
