Sacramento Taxpayers Opposed to Pork, or S.T.O.P., told KCRA 3 it had discovered a "technical glitch" in the language of its petition. The petition referred to the initiative by two different titles. The city attorney's office had already approved the petition last Tuesday, but S.T.O.P. has decided to correct the mistake and resubmit the petition.
