So as you all may or may not know I submitted a request to the city of Anaheim for all communication regarding the following:

All communication between the City of Anaheim (including without limitation, its Mayor, Council Members, City Manager,Assistant City Manager, City Treasurer, depts and staff) [collectively the "City"] and any representative of the National Basketball Association (NBA) during the period from 1/1/2011 to 4/12/12 regarding the city possibly entering in an agreement with the NBA to relocate the Sacramento Kings to the Honda Center in Anaheim.

All communication between the City and Henry Samueli or his representatives from 1/1/11 to present regarding the possible relocation of the Sacramento Kings to the Honda Center in Anaheim.

All communications between the City and representatives of the Sacramento Kings and M*loof Sports and Entertainment Inc from 1/1/11 to 4/12/12 regarding the possible relocation of the Sacramento Kings to the Honda Center in Anaheim

All Communication between the City and any representative of the Anaheim Ducks and their subsidiary Anaheim Arena Management LLC during the period from 1/1/11 to the present regarding the possible relocation of the Sacramento Kings basketball team to the Honda Center in Anaheim

All 4 requests were met with the response:

Despite a diligent search for responsive documents the City has no documents which fall within the scope of this request.

Some how I find that hard to believe that over the last year and 4 months there isnt one bit of documented communication between the NBA,Kings,Samueli and his group, and the city of Anaheim. Im calling BS on this one. I think this may be one of many signs that the Owners definitely have something in the works for their planned move to Anaheim.
