When it was reported by Chad Ford that "Barnes and MKG dont want to come to Sac" which was the recent slap in the face to the fans after NONE of the Top 5 Prospects would workout for the Kings, I am starting to feel like an complete a**hole being a Kings fan.

Granted, it IS Barnes and MKGs agents that dont want them coming to Sac since lets be honest....a college kid DOES not have the ability to properly negotiate a business deal/contract or handle these types of financial affairs without making themselves look like....well, a college kid.

So I hope the Maloofs are happy....not only does every single Kings fan hate you for crapping on their hopes of a new arena which you werent even going to initially have to pay for, you cant even get a bunch of 18 to 20 year old kids to come play basketball for you for MONEY!!!!!!. I mean, are we the laughing stock of the league, the players, the agents, and the ownership group right now? Does everyone listed in that last sentence know something we dont about the team? Are we the butt of NBA jokes within the league's inner circles?? I wouldnt be surprised if even James Dolan or Donald Sterling think the King's front office is a mess and that the Maloofs are tools.

As for the players, if I was a SF on the caliber of MKG or Barnes, I think playing with Cousins, Evans, and the rest of the crew would be alot of fun since their is ton of potential and that group could be someting special one day(emphasis on could). I also think Smart is a great leader and someone who the players buy into. Not too mention, this town LOVES guys who play hard and the fans actually continue to show up regardless of how bad you are, so as long as you play hard, the community will support and love you.

But have the Kings gotten to a point where anyone and everyone associated wtih NBA says "Sure, Im excited about being part of this league....but please ANYWHERE but Sacramento"

Side note: If the Maloofs want to repair their image, they should sell to a billionaire and as a part of the deal the Kings HAVE to stay in Sacramento....and make sure the Maloofs are the ones who push that requirement.
