If Sacramento is an unattractive destination for free agents, would a coach with the credibility of Adelman help our chances of signing talent in the offseason? Would we land a premier free agent if J Sloan was in charge of the team? Does the instability of our recent coaches, and the tenuous stature of Smart hurt our chances to get the talent we'll need to take the next step?
Personally, there's no way in hell I would pick Minnesota over Sacramento as a free agent. Or Oklahoma City, Detroit...blah blah blah...needless to say I like Sacramento, and I was born and raised in the Monterey area. It's not like I escaped Bakersfield on parole and didn't know what nice was...sorry to Bakers...forgive me.

Would you want to get a coach with the credibility to lure free agents, since it's widely assumed Sac is an unpopular destination on it's own?
