My question about Hassan is post-jump....

In looking at Hassan's production last year, for the first time, I actually thought, "this guy can potentially play in the NBA". I've seen talk (who knows if it's true or not) that they would consider releasing him to save the $ (can't put anything past the M*loofs), but in looking at his stats (showing strong rebounding and shot blocking skills) and his age (just 23)...why wouldn't the team keep him? From watching him, his ball skills look to be pretty terrible (makes Dalembert look like Magic Johnson) but he has length/defense/rebounding/shot blocking, which is exactly what we need next to Cousins.

I also don't get why he is derided on the board here being a late comer to STR.

If this guy doesn't get a chance her in Sac, I'll be upset because there is no reason to release a 23 year old player with his attributes.
