As you'll know by now the Mayor is holding a press conference at 2 p.m. Pacific time to provide an update on the cities efforts to keep the Kings in Sacramento. Current speculation is that some sort of investment group will be announced at the event. Ryan Lillis tweets that it is likely about local investors and not the huge money "whale" that Sacramento is in negotiations with. That will likely be its own press conference, and will probably come soon.
