Greivis Vasquez hits nine foul shots in the last two minutes to stop a Suns comeback

This may rank as the best game I’ve seen from the Kings this year, everyone contribute in some way or another, either by steeling a ball at the right time or hitting a shot on a key possession.

The forwards put together a 16-30 shooting night, if my math is correct that is over fifty percent. The only negative thing about the forward play was they don’t get to the foul line enough, they stepped to the line only 5 times, that has to be below the league average.

The guards also had a great game, Mr. Thomas was true to himself, causing havoc, penetrating and most important scoring twenty-three points. Vasquez had 13 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists with only two turnovers.

Here is something that just about topped off the evening, the Jimmer maniac got to see their guy and I for one was very glad to see him get some minutes, this team needs some scorers.

Greivis Vasquez is out of place here, at times he looks like the player I’ve been watching for 8 years, and other times he looks frustrated by the system, honesty folk all kidding aside (I know many of you like to mess with me. I’m fine with that) this is not the right team for this guy , he needs a more structured offence.

The Kings have some great athletic players, even Cousins can dribble the ball from one end to the other, this type of guard has to have most of the position go through his hands and lets be honest that is not going to happen with this team. There should be some trades coming soon I hope he is one of them.

Great game for all and a two a game winning streak has to build up some confidence

Can’t wait till next game.
