One name I wasn't expecting to see in there is Larry Ellison. Pretty sure this confirms that Ellison is going to buy AEG and Bob Cook's 7% of the Kings then build us an arena (watch your feet). Also, how ironic would it be if Westfield bought AEG and then found themselves in negotiations to partner on an arena plan in Sacramento... at the mall that they just sold?
